Join the Compliance team, working in a multidisciplinary environment that connects technology, data and regulation
Translate complex data into robust, transparent and auditable analyses
Develop analytical and statistical models with a high level of explainability
Explore large volumes of data from the data lake to identify patterns, anomalous behavior and potential risks
Support account onboarding, transaction monitoring and risk assessment
Produce clear, well-documented analyses that serve as the basis for regulatory decisions

Bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related fields
Strong foundation in mathematical and statistical modeling
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and modeling
Advanced Excel skills
Experience extracting and analyzing data from a data lake
Ability to structure objective, clear and well-founded analyses
Previous experience in the financial sector or regulated environments is a plus
Experience with explainable modeling techniques, such as interpretable regressions, decision trees or SHAP
