Clearly communicate feature launches, updates, and roadmaps to multiple operational audiences through presentations, demos, training materials, and written documentation.
Gather, structure, and relay operational team feedback to product and engineering teams to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Develop and implement scalable rollout plans, including pilot definition, success metrics, risk management, timeline management, and post-launch support.
Facilitate regular syncs, workshops, and working sessions across operations, engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive alignment, transparency, and executional excellence.
Track adoption, program performance, risks, pain points, and business impact to deliver clear, data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve deployment, onboarding, and operational workflows. Lead initiatives to reduce friction, improve user experience, and strengthen long-term process effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations integration, change management, product deployment, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and technically complex environment
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational change
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, especially where processes, ownership, or team structures are still developing
Strong ability to rapidly learn new subject areas, build credibility, and become a trusted partner on complex initiatives
Proven ability to influence and educate non-technical teams on technical topics, tools, and process changes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level summaries and user-facing documentation
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make actionable recommendations
