Design, implement, and optimize end to end logistics processes across the manufacturing supply chain
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of warehousing, distribution, transportation, and production logistics using SAP LE, SAP WM / EWM, and SAP TM modules
Lead the end to end architecture of SAP LE & TM solutions for manufacturing supply chains
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system designs
Define global design templates for LE/TM covering inbound, outbound, internal logistics, and transportation planning
Ensure seamless integration with PP, MM, SD, EWM, QM, FI/CO and external carrier systems
Configure and optimize inbound/outbound Processes
Support LE integration with Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Material Management
Design transportation planning and scheduling solutions
Conduct workshops, design sessions, UAT, cutover planning, and end user training
Provide 2nd/3rd level support for SAP LE & TM processes
Troubleshoot logistics and transportation issues affecting manufacturing operations
Identify automation and process enhancement opportunities
Deep understanding of integration between LE–WM/EWM, LE–SD, TM–ERP, TM–EWM, TM–Carrier systems & APIs

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management or Equivalent
S/4 HANA SAP TM or SAP LE certification desirable
Minimum 12 Years of experience
Completed 4 end to end implementation of SAP LE & TM Module
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing supply chain logistics, Transportation planning & execution, Warehouse/logistics automation, Shipping & export compliance
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 logistics, IoT, RFID, barcode scanning systems
Strong business communication
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Ability to Manage Cross Cultural Team across Globe
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops
