Supports the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of Panorama Global’s financial operations.
Provides flexible accounting support across the Finance department, assisting with General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other core accounting activities as workload demands shift.
Maintains day-to-day financial operations while providing coverage across multiple accounting functions.
Works closely with the Accounting Manager and may assist with a variety of operational accounting needs depending on departmental priorities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
2–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations experience.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or similar accounting platforms.
Experience supporting month-end close or financial reconciliations.
Experience working in nonprofit or project-based accounting environments.
Experience working with multiple entities is a plus.
Familiarity with financial systems such as expense management tools, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms (e.g., Certify, Salesforce).
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple accounting functions and adapt to shifting operational needs.
