Role Overview
- Execute cardholder marketing campaigns across lifecycle stages to support portfolio goals
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across channels, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy
- Coordinate day-to-day campaign development with internal partners and client teams
- Build and maintain a consistent operating rhythm for smooth delivery of initiatives
- Own campaign workflow management and support creative development and production
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand standards and operational controls
- Identify execution risks and issues early, escalating as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma/equivalent plus 9+ years of marketing experience within the credit card or financial services industry
- 5+ years of client-facing relationship management experience and/or retail client portfolio experience
- Good understanding of credit, payments, and digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required (~15%)
