Role Overview
- Troubleshooting severity 1 & 2 Issues in the devices
- Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Monitoring Team – Timely closure of incidents
- Quality of resolution notes
- Keep customer satisfaction high
- Reduce user downtime
- Analyze chronic problems
- Provide Industry best practices and Standards
- Maintain the hardware Inventory Update to date
- Provide specialized hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution
- Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff
- Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues
- Upgrades based on new technology/New deployments
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)
- Network Capacity Planning
- Packet Capture Analysis
Requirements
- 4-5 Years of experience
- Knowledge of CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable
- Cisco Routers/Switches/Cisco ASA/PaloAlto/Citrix Load balancers/Zscaler/SDWAN proficiency
