About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborates closely with Borrowers, Loan Officers, and internal Loan Operations team
- Manages loan closing activities for new Commercial Real Estate loans
- Actively works on obtaining post-closing conditions
- Reviews and understands loan terms and conditions
- Analyzes transaction types for due diligence
- Initiates customer contact for outstanding due diligence items
- Directs internal Loan Support Group or outside counsel
- Facilitates loan closing and reconciles all fees and expenses
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Knowledge of one or more loan types
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
