Support the Business Unit Artificial Intelligence Excellence (AIEx) program under the direction of the Senior Director AI Excellence
Drive the adoption, integration, and advancement of AI initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy
Lead the deployment of the AIEx program within the Business Unit, supporting strategic initiatives
Promote AI literacy and ensure alignment with corporate AI governance, standards, and quality systems
Collaborate closely with Business Excellence, Site AI Leaders, and corporate AI leadership
Track and manage AI initiatives across the Business Unit
Identify opportunities for AI driven business improvements
Support Artificial Intelligence Site (AIS) Leaders in strategy deployment and alignment
Promote structured problem-solving and continuous improvement through AI-enabled solutions and analytics
Maintain awareness of Quality Assurance standards and collaborate with Quality teams

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated interest in advancing AI education, professional development, and certification programs
Experience supporting technology, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives within a business or operational environment
Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to track multiple initiatives and deliver results
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Experience working with AI, machine learning, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
Experience in Business Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, or compliance practices in regulated environments (preferred)
Experience supporting enterprise initiatives across multiple sites or business units (preferred)
