Support the Business Unit Artificial Intelligence Excellence (AIEx) program
Serve as the primary AI business partner for the Business Unit
Drive the adoption, integration, and advancement of AI initiatives
Lead the deployment of the AIEx program within the Business Unit
Support strategic initiatives, promoting AI literacy, and ensuring alignment with corporate AI governance
Collaborate closely with Business Excellence, Site AI Leaders, and corporate AI leadership
Track and manage AI initiatives across the Business Unit
Identify opportunities for AI driven business improvements and coordinate cross-functional teams
Lead the implementation of AI strategy deployment activities
Promote structured problem-solving and continuous improvement through AI-enabled solutions and analytics

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated interest in advancing AI education, professional development, and certification programs
Experience supporting technology, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives within a business or operational environment
Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to track multiple initiatives and deliver results
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
Experience in Business Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, or compliance practices in regulated environments (preferred)
Experience supporting enterprise initiatives across multiple sites or business units (preferred)
