Quality Manager

Role Overview

• Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
• Testing random samples of finished goods
• Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Responsible for the monitoring and achievement of operational and/or financial results for their area of responsibility
• Responsible for people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
