Ensure the execution of daily transport and distribution activities and monitor workload, schedules, tasks, and other related functions.
Maintain all databases related to distribution and transport activities and oversee compliance with safety standards in distribution and transport functions.
Handle loading and unloading operations and initiate cost-efficient measures in transport operations.
Implement environmental laws, procedures, and processes.
Conduct performance and development discussions with the team (Intralogistics Operators).
Provide advice to management on personnel matters, including promotion, demotion, and salary.

Minimum HBO Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
3–5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or supply chain, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
Experience gained in a technical production, assembly, or trading environment
Knowledge of Exact ERP and logistics systems
Ability to set priorities and to receive and give feedback
