Role Overview
- Define, plan, and execute SAP ERP roadmap for Orbia’s Polymer Solutions and Flour & Energy Material businesses
- Lead SAP ERP modernization projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate effective communication
- Provide leadership, fostering collaboration and professional development
- Oversee vendor and partner management, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Champion AI enablement to improve efficiency and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelors, MBA preferred
- English and Spanish fluency required
- Proven experience with ECC architecture and SAP ERP modernization
- Strong background in business stakeholder management and team leadership
- Experience managing vendors and partners in complex IT environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and investment strategies
- Knowledge of AI integration and enablement within ERP platforms
