About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the implementation of the information system (IS) for the SPS division
- Define and manage the SPS IS roadmap (scoping, prioritization, application roadmap, dependencies)
- Establish governance (committees, decision arbitration, decision tracking, risk management)
- Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation (specifications), acceptance testing, and change management support
- Manage implementation with internal and external stakeholders (systems integrator, software vendors, application maintenance providers), through to deployment
Requirements
- Master's degree
- Proven experience (ideally 7+ years) in implementing and managing business-oriented information system solutions
- Strong skills in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing external suppliers/vendors
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure issues, make decisions, and drive complex initiatives forward
- Knowledge of aviation services (MRO) is a plus
