Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation (specifications), acceptance testing, and change management support
Manage implementation with internal and external stakeholders (systems integrator, software vendors, application maintenance providers), through to deployment
Requirements
Master's degree
Proven experience (ideally 7+ years) in implementing and managing business-oriented information system solutions
Strong skills in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing external suppliers/vendors
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure issues, make decisions, and drive complex initiatives forward
Knowledge of aviation services (MRO) is a plus
