Establish and maintain governance policies related to cloud usage and spend
Advocate for financial accountability within engineering and product teams through education and process improvements
Stay up to date with the latest cloud pricing models, tools, and industry trends
Support cloud migration and transformation projects with a focus on financial impact and ROI

7+ years of experience managing cloud spend and cost optimization in large-scale environments
5+ years of experience with cloud cost management tools (e.g., Cloudability, Apptio One, native cloud vendor tools)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their billing/pricing structures
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of technology practices and CI/CD pipelines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
