Role Overview

• Accountable for the delivery of outstanding Absence Management and related Colleague Services
• Administer leave of absence requests under FMLA and State regulations
• Utilize the systems for leave of absence to ensure tasks are completed accordingly

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or office experience
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
• proficiency with MS Office Products
