Role Overview
- Facilitate family conversations and deepen the advisor’s relationship in the family wealth system
- Focus on the client’s family and wealth transitions
- Extend and deepen the firm’s relationships with high net worth (HNW) families
- Co-create facilitation and learning approaches to meet shared outcomes
- Develop content, training programs, pedagogical design, and facilitation strategies
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in disciplines including family systems theory, family psychology, family education, financial therapy, and related fields
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, coaching, and/or advising families of wealth, family businesses, or family offices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior presentation skills to individuals, families, and larger groups
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and coordinate effectively across a highly matrixed organization
