Role Overview
- Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products.
- Design and implement automated testing strategies.
- Help shape engineering best practices.
- Integrate quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the QA Lead, developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to define and deliver scalable testing solutions that enable fast, reliable releases.
- Design and maintain scalable end-to-end automated test suites to ensure product quality across critical user journeys.
- Define and improve quality metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Partner with engineering to integrate automated tests into CI/CD for fast, reliable delivery.
- Assess unit and integration test coverage to identify gaps and strengthen test strategy.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover complex or hard-to-detect issues.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation for transparency and long-term use.
Requirements
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and reason about unit and integration test coverage to identify gaps and improve overall test strategy.
- Experience performing manual and exploratory testing when needed to validate complex scenarios or edge cases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and the integration of automated tests into build and deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, testing strategies, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proactive and positive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for improving quality in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and solution oriented

- Technical English required.
