Call Center Sales Advisor I

Role Overview

• Call members who need their memberships renewed
• Call members who want to upgrade membership
• Call members whose membership has become delinquent
• Call existing resort owners from an existing solicitation file
• Perform necessary duties to process membership renewals, upgrades, and reinstatement
• Answer questions on all Interval International products and exchanges
• Meet monthly renewal and Preferred goals based upon assigned working area
• Maintain a minimum of 90% performance on call monitoring
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of two years telephone sales experience
• Knowledgeable about all new and existing membership programs and benefits
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to successfully navigate all functions of the Predictive Dialer
• Excellent customer skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
• Excellent negotiating and sales skills
• Must be able to work shifts
