You manage both simple and complex projects within the protein segment, ensuring that product ideas move smoothly from conception to final implementation.
You work in tandem with our Product Line Managers (PLMs), analyzing the competitive landscape and actively contributing to the definition of new product concepts.
You secure planned product launches and restocks by continuously aligning with Launch, Operations, D2C, and B2B teams.
You lead the transition of our existing assortment toward new designs, packaging formats, and other product updates.
You drive the execution drumbeat of our product pipeline, provide clarity for all stakeholders, proactively address delays, and ensure KPIs are met.
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with insights into various departments (start-up, consulting, or project management).
You possess proven organizational skills and have successfully managed projects of various sizes and timelines with diverse stakeholders.
You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, live the pragmatic Pareto principle (focusing on detail where it matters), and intuitively know which approach is needed when.
You are a talented communicator at all levels – from C-level to blue-collar.
You communicate confidently in both German and English to guarantee smooth collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
