Coordinates closely with Business Development and other business teams to communicate exporting, importing and licensing requirements.
Maintains export/customs compliance procedures and program documentation.
Identifies reporting requirements and ensures accurate and timely submission.
Assists in developing and implementing procedures, desk instructions and compliance tools designed to achieve full compliance with the ITAR and EAR regulations.
Reviews international orders and shipments and provides guidance to ensure conformity to exporting requirements.
Presents export/customs compliance training to various audiences as required.
Assists in supporting internal and external audits and in tracking and closing any resulting corrective actions.
Prepares and submits all types of ITAR license applications and other submissions to relevant authorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 8
10 years of export control experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a U.S. Person under export control regulations.
