Identify opportunities to maximize asset utilization for ROI and capacity
Execute productivity initiatives to deliver long-range strategic plan for Doors
Facilitate cross functional team collaboration to deliver improved results
Build capability of operations to meet customer needs and replicate equipment and process standards across the network
Educate stakeholders on the business value of strategic projects to create buy-in
Ensure that standard operating procedures exist to meet short and long-term needs of the business

BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or commensurate professional experience
5+ years of experience and demonstrated improvement project execution, preferably in high-volume manufacturing processes
5+ years of experience working in Operations Management, OpEx, or Continuous Improvement, or similar field
Proven track record in enhancing efficiency and profitability in multi-site manufacturing environment
Clear view of the production process and how it integrates into the wider business strategy
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, TPS, Kaizen and/or other continuous improvement methodologies
