As a Project Manager, you are the main point of contact for our clients
You naturally ensure well-structured projects and satisfied clients
In close collaboration with our founders, you lead all projects to a successful launch
You act as the central interface between clients, designers, developers and sales
You ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
You run regular meetings with clients and teams to review project progress and identify and resolve issues early
You create and maintain project documentation and reports
You contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimise our project workflows
You plan, coordinate and oversee projects from concept to completion

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the digital or e‑commerce sector
Preferable: prior experience working with Shopify
Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana or ClickUp
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively
Independent, structured working style
Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies
Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative, collaborative environment

Work on real, complex Shopify projects for strong mid-market and D2C clients
