Lead, mentor, and develop, providing consistent coaching, performance management, and career development support.
Establish best practices for partner outreach and sales execution that your direct report(s) can model and scale.
Review pipeline and activity metrics for your direct report(s) to ensure alignment with broader reseller revenue targets.
Serve as the primary strategic contact for RealPage, ensuring they have the tools, training, and executive support needed to drive mutual sales success.
Lead partner onboarding, sales collateral deployment, and ongoing training programs to keep the reseller sales force current on AvidXchange value propositions.
Own the CRM (Salesforce) hygiene for the reseller channel; provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting on reseller-driven revenue to leadership.
Act as a high-level liaison between RealPage and internal Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve channel conflicts and streamline go-to-market strategies.
Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and operational check-ins to monitor performance and identify growth levers.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management, ideally within B2B software, payments, or fintech.
Prior experience (formal or informal) in mentoring, coaching, or leading a sales professional. You must be passionate about seeing others succeed.
Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
Exceptional relationship-management skills with the ability to influence both external partners and internal executive stakeholders.
Ability to assess reseller performance data and translate it into actionable coaching for your team or strategic pivots for the partner.
Deep understanding of AP automation, the payments landscape, or financial application packages.
Experience building or refining reseller channel programs, including incentive structures and enablement playbooks.
Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies to help 'clean up' existing channel workflows.
