Manage the end-to-end PeopleOps processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring all documentation is consistent, secure, and compliant with legal requirements.
Coordinate with the Payroll Team and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll data sharing, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers, optimizing workflows and timelines to guarantee accurate benefits administration.
Maintain employee data integrity across platforms like Workday and JIRA, ensuring prompt responses to employee inquiries and service requests.
Monitor changes in labor laws to proactively update policies and advise leadership on strategic adjustments to ensure full legal compliance.
Oversee the invoicing processes for People Ops services, ensuring timely payments and alignment with global mobility and finance stakeholders.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives by automating processes and refining workflows to optimize HR service delivery.

Requirements
A seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business Administration, or related fields.
An expert in People Operations with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll coordination, benefits, and employee support.
Solid in-depth knowledge of French labor laws and regional HR compliance requirements.
Technically savvy with experience managing HRIS and ticketing systems, specifically Workday and JIRA.
An analytical problem-solver with the ability to identify discrepancies in data and drive innovative solutions for process optimization.
A strong communicator capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
Fluent in French and English, both of which are mandatory for supporting our regional and global operations.
A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to a fast-growing, multicultural environment.
