About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for implementing and further developing the D2C pricing strategy across all product categories
Planning and management of prices and commercial terms for all D2C channels, including marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, MediaMarktSaturn)
Continuous analysis, management and optimization of relevant KPIs (e.g., DCM, Net Sales, sales volume, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate)
Leading the design, planning and execution of promotional campaigns across all D2C channels
Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures, including classic promotions, free gifts and other activation mechanics
Assortment & product management (Range Management)
Coordination of availability planning (forecasting) in close alignment with Marketing and Supply Chain
Planning, alignment and execution of joint campaigns with partners
Requirements
Degree in Economics/Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a commercial role, ideally in a D2C/e‑commerce environment within a consumer goods company
Solid experience in managing pricing, promotions and assortments in digital sales
Experience working with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, MediaMarktSaturn) and an understanding of channel-specific pricing and assortment logics
Strong analytical skills and experience managing relevant KPIs (e.g., revenue, margin, conversion rate, AOV)
Confident handling of forecasting, performance analyses and deriving commercial actions
Experience in cross‑functional collaboration (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong numerical affinity and the ability to derive and implement data‑driven decisions
Hands‑on mentality and willingness to drive topics independently and implement them operationally
Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into concrete measures
Highly developed commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue and profitability
