Role Overview

• Love working with children, parents, and families
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients scheduled per week, including notes; treatment plans; dx; and clinical enrichment as needed to support clients
• Work a remote schedule
• Strive to find the joy and excitement in learning
• Collaborate with other curious minds that are passionate about various topics of expertise
• Take advantage of the resources, training, and coaching that is offered
• Meet with your supervisor for both group and individual supervision weekly, attend company meetings, and individual Professional Development meetings

Requirements

• Hold an AMFT/ASW/APCC license in California
• Choose to operate from a growth mindset and the understanding that we are all learning together
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to continuously innovate to achieve great results
• Foster collaboration by putting people first and building trusting relationships
