Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
Licenses as needed.
Certification one of the following areas preferred (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma).
Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required.
Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
