Role Overview
- Architect enterprise-grade workflow orchestration platforms using Camunda
- Design scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot & Kafka
- Build BPMN & DMN workflows for complex business processes
- Drive event-driven architecture and system integrations
- Integrate APIs, legacy systems, and cloud-native platforms
- Lead performance tuning, workflow governance & process optimization
- Build operational dashboards using Camunda Optimize
- Mentor engineering teams on Camunda best practices and architecture standards
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7/8)
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Strong Kafka/event-driven architecture experience
- BPMN & DMN modeling expertise
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms & APIs
- Cloud & containerization experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong architectural leadership with hands-on coding ability
- Camunda Optimize experience preferred
- Financial services / enterprise workflow domain experience preferred
- DevOps & CI/CD exposure preferred
- Camunda Certification preferred
