PRN Therapist/Social Worker

Role Overview

• Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, an RN Director, and a CNA
• Provide high-quality care to Older Adult patients through therapeutic services
• Participate in community education on the importance of behavioral health
• Work with program team to facilitate treatment team meetings and develop patient-centered treatment plans

Requirements

• License in Social Work or Counseling, including LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. – required
