- Drive product adoption and demonstrate value and KPIs to empower brands.
- Manage the client journey from the beginning of the partnership throughout their renewal.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a customer success manager or with an e-commerce / marketing-related job.
- Fluent in Danish and English
- both written and spoken.
- Any additional language proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian or Swedish is a plus.
