Drive market adoption and therapy penetration
Maximize customer engagement across implanting centres and referral networks
Develop and deliver Heart Failure education programmes for the UK&I market
Manage key accounts, including physicians, KOLs, and procurement teams
Provide procedure support in Operating Theatres
Communicate Abbott’s Heart Failure value proposition through coordinated internal and external messaging
Collaborate with European colleagues on strategy, best practice, and marketing initiatives
Deliver implant forecasting, market intelligence, and maintain strong referral networks

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent
A comprehensive ability to analyse and evaluate technologically complex devices
Ability to work with others effectively
Ability to prepare and present effectively written and verbal communications
Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures
Documented record of delivering strategic marketing information
Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as, Microsoft Office
Field sales experience required
Clinical experience in a sales environment preferred
Professional training/education certification or designation
