Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Immunology Rheumatology

Role Overview

• Manage, coach, and support the FRM team
• Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance
• Collaborate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and Access & Reimbursement Hub
• Integrate patient access programs into local/regional strategies
• Monitor healthcare policy changes and communicate relevant insights
• Track call activity and operational capacity using analytics tools
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance
• Drive professional development for direct reports

Requirements

• 3+ experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access for immunology products
• 2 years in a leadership role (3+ years preferred)
• Highly skilled and experienced in coaching
• Skilled in coaching, training, and communicating complex reimbursement policies
• Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement
• Proven ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks
• Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
