Manage SAP projects, coordinating technical and functional teams;
Monitor and control project KPIs;
Prepare and lead status report meetings with stakeholders;
Manage deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
Create, monitor and control detailed activity schedules;
Support the SAP Tax Reform project, assisting with tax-related enhancements and adjustments;
Ensure integration between SAP environments and legacy systems;
Lead projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Participate in global projects, interacting with LATAM teams and other regions;
Requirements
Experience in SAP project management;
Experience in Enhancements, Upgrade and Rollout projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
Experience with SAP integrations and legacy systems;
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Experience in global projects and programs, particularly with LATAM and other regions;
Ability to lead technical and functional teams;
Experience managing schedules, deliverables and performance indicators (KPIs);
Bachelor's degree required;
Preferred: Experience in projects related to Tax Reform;
Experience in multicultural, global corporate environments;
Strong communication skills for conducting executive meetings and status presentations.
