Field Reimbursement Manager

Role Overview

• Take on a dynamic, field-facing role guiding providers through complex payer landscapes
• Blend strategy and execution—removing barriers, delivering education, and shaping access solutions
• Identify access barriers and develop tailored support strategies alongside the field team
• Build and demonstrate expertise in diabetes patient access dynamics, payer trends, coverage policies, etc.
• Collaborate with the field teams to recommend and support the implementation of patient access solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred field of study: business, economics, or health-related subject)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or patient access
• Valid driver’s license
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area
• Ability to lift, carry and transport 30 lbs, literature
