Partnering with communications leads and business partners to develop and own creative direction for events, workshops, and communications materials
Support T&O business with visual storytelling and cohesive, high-impact design aligned with the enterprise strategy
Provide creative direction and inspiration to designers—whether direct reports, cross-functional partners, or freelancers
Serve as a trusted creative advisor to leadership and communications partners
Manage multiple concurrent projects and vendor relationships

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a creative role
Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, especially in enterprise communications or business storytelling
Experience in campaign development across digital and traditional formats
Proficiency in design tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
