Assess and process inbound calls for new verbal prescriptions and clarifications on existing orders, determining urgency and appropriate next steps.
Update and reconcile patient charts with new demographic and health information gathered during triage, supporting accurate and timely patient care.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Must reside in Indiana, Florida or Ohio.
Customer Service and phone experience, a plus
Valid Pharmacy Technician License in Indiana, Florida or Ohio.
Tech Savvy
Strong computer / data entry
High speed internet with wired ethernet connection.
