About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations matters
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and policy violations
Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee engagement
Draft disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and employee communications
Manage end-to-end administration of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leaves
Oversee eligibility, documentation, approvals, tracking, and return-to-work processes
Ensure compliance with all federal and state leave laws
Partner with leadership to address trends, risks, and workforce needs
Support onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state employment laws
Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-state organization
Preferred SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
Experience in healthcare, ABA, or multi-site organizations
