Implement, configure, and continuously improve CAD integrations with PLM.
Coordinate design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of CAD/PLM integrations.
Own day-to-day operational support for PLM platforms and services.
Administer and support integration points between PLM and mechanical/electrical CAD tools.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, knowledge base articles, user guides, SLAs, and KPIs for PLM and CAD integration services.
Drive automation and standardization for deployments, environment management, and monitoring/alerting for PLM services and CAD integrations.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT support operations, with at least 5 years supporting engineering CAD applications.
Strong knowledge of engineering tools and processes, especially PLM/PDM administration and integrations with mechanical and electrical CAD (MCAD/ECAD).
Experience with Windows / Linux server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python), and automation tools.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting PLM/CAD integrations and interfaces.
