Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and ITIL best practices.
Develop and customize modules, applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Translate functional and technical requirements into effective, scalable ServiceNow configurations.
Build and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and automation workflows.
Collaborate closely with product owners, process owners, and cross‑functional teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deploy fixes and enhancements.
Ensure documentation is created and maintained for configurations, customizations, and development work.
Follow governance, security, and development standards to maintain a stable and compliant ServiceNow environment.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and platform features
Requirements
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions, Flow Designer / Workflow.
Experience with ServiceNow/Salesforce/BMC Remedy/Jira integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Ability to support ITSM-based implementations and platform configuration.
Experience with custom application development CSWF : 632-Basic
