Execute the digital roadmap across all LOTS regions, translating business ambitions into projects and implementations, capability development and platform decisions, positioning LOTS as a reference in digital logistics.
Lead the monthly executive reporting cycles, presenting progress on the digital strategy, platform health, return on investment (ROI) of initiatives, and the risk landscape to the Managing Directors and CEO, ensuring leadership has a clear, data-driven view of the digital agenda and its contribution to company goals.
Structure, manage and report the digital P&L across all regions, ensuring investments in technology platforms, partnerships, development and digital operations generate measurable returns; responsible for budget allocation, cost discipline and value generation across the digital portfolio.
Provide strategic leadership to digital teams in Europe and Latin America, ensuring each region operates with autonomy and local resources, aligned to the global direction, cascading priorities, resolving cross-region dependencies, and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture across geographies.
Establish global standards for systems architecture, data infrastructure and platform governance, ensuring LOTS' technology ecosystem is scalable, interoperable and capable of supporting real-time decision-making and advanced analytics at enterprise scale.
Work in partnership with business area leaders to identify digital opportunities, drive change management, and ensure effective adoption of new tools and platforms.
Lead, develop and manage the team under your responsibility by cascading priorities, allocating work and monitoring deliveries through frequent alignments, performance reviews and continuous feedback; plan and control headcount and the department budget, assess structural needs, hiring and investment requirements, and monitor budget execution; and proactively manage organizational climate, mediating conflicts and implementing actions from engagement surveys to ensure team development and engagement, delivery quality, cost sustainability and a healthy, collaborative environment aligned with LOTS culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in IT Management, Digital Transformation or an MBA is a plus.
Experience leading global IT teams.
Experience in digital product development or software engineering.
Expertise with data platforms and logistics environments.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Knowledge of Information Security and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
