Perform process development and Slider Manufacturing Supporting, as well as other cleanroom processes development
Maintain, develop and validate adhesive dispensing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, equipment, and manufacturing engineers)
Lead equipment selection, installation, and commissioning of automation tools
Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for automated systems
Monitor and optimize current processes for yield, throughput, and reliability
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reduce defects
Create and maintain detailed documentation including process recipes, work instructions, and reports
Support new product introduction and technology transfer from R&D to production
Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Physical Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, and presentation skills
Ability to effectively plan, control, and take responsibility for timeline and status updates
Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written
Good presentation skills in both Thai and English
Good computer skills (MS Office and other job-related software)
