About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the bridge between business teams and the technical team for CRM projects;
- Lead foundational projects related to data, integrations, and tools;
- Create, monitor, and evolve governance and team productivity KPIs;
- Develop controls and routines that ensure organization and operational efficiency;
- Drive continuous optimization of processes, campaigns, and use of CRM tools;
- Support and execute CRM campaigns when necessary;
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the data used in initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM and projects involving data and CRM tools;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Insider or similar tools);
- Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to structure processes;
- Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and business teams;
- Ability to work in a hands-on (hands-on) manner;
- Bachelor's degree completed in a related field.
- Preferred/Additional qualifications:
- Experience with CRM automation;
- Knowledge of data governance;
- Experience with performance metrics and dashboards.
