Assist in coordinating the import process from shipment through arrival and customs clearance of goods;
Prepare and review required import documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other documents required by law;
Monitor cargo status, ensuring deadlines are met with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers;
Track and update delivery and clearance deadlines, informing the internal team of possible delays or issues;
Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements for customs clearance;
Follow up on clearance procedures with Receita Federal (RFB), ANVISA, MAPA and other agencies, when applicable;
Ensure all import activities comply with local and international regulations;
Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing/Warehouse/Logistics) to align import needs;
Maintain contact with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure operational alignment;
Work on the shipment and customs clearance process. Register DUIMPs, monitor channel tracking, coordinate RFB and MAPA inspections, manage releases with ports and their systems, schedule collections and interact with carriers and distribution centers (CDs). Send operational status/follow-up and order cost reports, and post supplier invoices for payment;

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations or related fields;
Intermediate English (spoken/written);
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Knowledge of cargo release and collection procedures at ports and customs facilities and DUIMP registration;
Familiarity with navigating port portals and release workflows;
DUIMP registration experience;
Basic knowledge of AI and dataload processes;
