Maintain relationships with card networks/payment brands.
Manage and ensure adherence to rules, mandates, releases, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor projects related to mandates.
Support Commercial, Product, and Regulatory teams.
Centralize incident management and notifications.
Interpret documentation to guide internal teams.
Act as the interface with Risk and Compliance teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Solid experience in the payments industry (acquiring, issuing, gateway, or sub-acquirer).
Direct experience working with card networks/payment brands (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex, regional networks, benefits schemes, etc.).
Experience building relationships and negotiating with external stakeholders (card networks, banks, partners) and internal stakeholders (engineering, product, regulatory).
Strong understanding of transaction flows (authorization, settlement, and holds/withholdings).
Understanding of card network rules (mandates, releases, compliance, best practices).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite — Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
To stand out in this role, it would be a plus to have: direct prior experience interacting with card networks.
Knowledge of local regulations (ABECS, BACEN).
English proficiency.
