Advise and support prospective and existing customers on cruise travel
Create customized travel offers and packages
Book and manage cruises and related travel services
Maintain customer relationships and develop a base of repeat clients
Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners
Requirements
Experience as a tourism clerk (Tourismuskauffrau/-kaufmann) in a travel agency or tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship roles, etc.)
Confident manner in telephone and email consultations
Ability to stay organized and maintain oversight in challenging situations
Team player with a strong focus on customer service and quality
Comfortable conducting customer conversations in English
Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
