Lead communication initiatives end-to-end: set direction, plan and deliver projects aligned with business priorities, managing timelines and budget
Own event communication and storytelling: craft key messages, narratives, presentations, scripts and supporting materials for customer and internal events, conferences and external forums
Drive social and digital content: plan and create platform-native content that builds engagement and consistency across social channels, aligned with brand and business goals
Partner with stakeholders with confidence: present, influence and align leaders and partners on priorities, formats and execution – balancing long-term objectives with fast-moving needs
Lead internal communication and corporate relations in Lithuania: ensure clear messaging, alignment and strong local presence
Measure and improve: track performance, analyse impact and continuously optimise content and communication effectiveness
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in communications / digital content / marketing / PR (or a portfolio that clearly shows senior-level ownership and outcomes)
Ownership: comfortable owning end-to-end communication initiatives – from strategy and planning to execution and measurement
