Answer inbound ACD call line and provide prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies.
Create new claim files with accurate and complete information.
Regularly accesses client systems to gather information used to create inventory.
Uses multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently.
Will be available to work the hours of 9a
6p, 10a -7p or 11am
8pm EST times.
Requirements
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, legal, property and casualty or related fields is preferred.
Professional communication skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to new tasks
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Word and Excel proficiency required
