Role Overview
- Provide technical support and clarify electrical inquiries
- Assess customer concerns by phone or email
- Perform fault diagnostics on customer reports
- Coordinate complex cases internally to ensure efficient fault resolution
- Contribute to the implementation of a professional after-sales process
Requirements
- Trained electronics technician/electrician (m/f/d) specialized in energy and building services
- Solid experience in building installation and customer service
- Knowledge of meter cabinets (single-family home sector)
- Initial experience with heat pumps is a plus
- Strong communication skills on the phone
- IT affinity and interest in modern tools (CRM, remote monitoring)
