Own and operate our marketing measurement stack, including funnel measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality), AppsFlyer, and Funnel.io, ensuring data quality, model integrity, and actionable outputs across all paid channels
Build and maintain scalable dbt data models and Tableau dashboards that enable self-service reporting on UA health metrics (cohort ROAS, CPL trends, payback periods, LTV curves)
Develop predictive LTV models for hybrid monetization (IAP + ad revenue) and own SKAdNetwork conversion value schemas for iOS
Translate measurement outputs into concrete budget recommendations and channel-mix decisions for senior stakeholders
Own the full marketing data collection layer, from tracking specs and tag management (GTM, server-side) to first-party event design and data contracts with Product and Engineering
Design and oversee A/B tests for store pages (ASO/CPP), creative concepts, and bidding strategies to optimize the full conversion funnel
Conduct market segmentation and customer-journey analysis to uncover acquisition and retention opportunities
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines between AppsFlyer, ad networks, and our BI stack
Requirements
4+ years in marketing analytics, analytics engineering, or a closely related role in B2C or mobile
Strong SQL and Python for data modeling, analysis, and predictive modeling (e.g., D180 LTV forecasting)
Hands-on experience with dbt and Tableau (or comparable BI tools)
Deep understanding of marketing measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing) and the ability to critically evaluate and act on model outputs, not just run them
Mobile ad tech fluency: AppsFlyer or Adjust, SKAdNetwork, programmatic/DSP mechanics
Proven ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior non-technical stakeholders
Proactive and ownership-driven: you close the loop from pipeline to business impact
Fluent English
Preferred: experience with funnel measurement or comparable unified measurement platforms (e.g., Northbeam, Rockerbox)
Gaming or high-growth product company background
Experience with ad mediation platforms (Max, LevelPlay)
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign-level attribution workflows
Practical experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, n8n)
