You accompany features from the initial concept through to rollout.
You optimize prompts for extraction from unstructured legal documents and ensure correctness through validation layers (guardrails).
You develop logic that transforms extracted data into not only actionable information but also automatically generated, precise draft responses and process-relevant follow-up tasks (to-dos).
You use state-of-the-art AI tools to maximize your development speed.

At least 5 years of professional full-stack experience.
You have worked in environments where code quality and review processes were critical.
You are proficient in Java / Spring Boot and equally comfortable with React using TypeScript.
You have solid experience with relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and know how to achieve good performance with large table structures.
You think in terms of scalable microservices and clean interfaces (REST).
You are fluent in German (C1/C2).
